Lindsay has been involved with JUST TRYAN IT since she was 10 years old. She started as a racer, volunteer, race captain and is now the Family Relations Intern.  Diagnosed with AML when she was three years old, Lindsay knows firsthand the challenges families face while in cancer treatment.  Lindsay is a Pre-Med student at George Washington University. She is an EMT and loves her work and is called to emergency medicine. She also joined the National Guard as an ROTC Cadet to help to pay for school. Lindsay has been in remission for 16 years and feels that cancer guides the choices she makes for her career path and her interactions with others. Lindsay has competed in the triathlon and continues to work with JUST TRYAN IT to help other families impacted by pediatric cancer.
