Violet

Violet is a bright, fun, and smart little princess. She loves animals, specifically her four dogs, playing with her big sister, and singing. At 7 months old, Violet was diagnosed with severe congenital neutropenia (SCN), which put her at high risk for developing leukemia. At around 18 months old, Violet was diagnosed with juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML).

Violet’s family members were unfortunately not a match, but after consulting with top pediatric teams around the world, she received a bone marrow transplant from Duke Children’s Hospital. Violet’s family is deeply grateful for the exceptional care she’s receiving at Duke. Violet is now in the fight of her life, undergoing conditioning chemotherapy, which will be followed by her transplant.

Her family asks that we lift Violet up in prayer – hoping for her healing and a long, vibrant life ahead. They appreciate our support greatly. JUST TRYAN IT provided Violet’s family with an emergency relief grant to cover their truck and utilities.
